Participate in the Hong Kong Listing Training Camp

On December 14, 2021, lawyer Shen and lawyer Zhou who are lawyers from our firm participated in the Hong Kong IPO training camp co-sponsored by the government. It held a half-day centralized closed-door meeting to discuss some focus.

In the event, the leaders of the Nanjing Financial Bureau gave a speech first, and were lectured by Zhang Yifan, Wang Kenan, Tang Zhuofeng and others. They discussed new thoughts about the growth path of technology companies under the Su-Hong Kong Capital Ecosystem, an overview of the rules under the Hong Kong SPAC consultation and recommendations, and the comments, overview and prospects of biotechnology R&D and investment hotspots, prospects of new opportunities for Hong Kong SPACs from the perspective of international industrial mergers and acquisitions, recent market conditions for new-economy companies to go public in Hong Kong, and Hong Kong's business advantages to help companies go overseas. Through this meeting, the two lawyers of our law firm have a better understanding of the new trends in the development of Hong Kong's capital market. They have updated their knowledge, and laid the foundation for related work in the future.
